Mavsa Resort Site Map

I was fortunate enough to be selected to illustrate the site map for one of Brazil's largest and best resorts: MAVSA, located here in the interior of São Paulo state, in Cesário Lange. It is a property spanning nearly 800,000 square meters, featuring everything one could possibly imagine a major resort would have.

I had previously illustrated a site map for a major brand's theme park—working through the playful architecture studio of my friend Guto Higa—but the MAVSA project was more challenging due to its immense scale.

It involved many months of drawing—attraction by attraction, building by building, detail by detail. It required hundreds of photos, as well as various drone videos and satellite images.

There were many corrections, additions, and changes to the activities. Throughout the illustration process, new attractions were built on the property, and we kept updating the map. Everything kept growing and evolving until it was finally complete!
